Anti-bullying
At Victoria Park Primary School we want all children to feel safe and happy coming to school. Through our PSHE curriculum, our behaviour curriculum and in assemblies we teach the children about respecting and celebrating each other's differences.
Anti-Bullying Week
Each year in school we take part in Anti-Bullying week. We wear our odd socks to school on the first day to celebrate our differences and remind everyone that it is OK to be different.
This year 's theme for Anti-Bullying week was "Power for Good" and we spoke to the children about how we can use our own powers to help others and to make our school a safe and welcoming environment.
We also watched Andy and the Odd Socks new song, made especially for Anti-Bullying week.
