After School Club Update:

• Places have now been allocated for term 5 & 6

All clubs will start week commencing Monday 5^th May and will run for 8 weeks from 3.15pm - 4.30pm until week commencing Monday 30^st June. Clubs will not run on the following dates:

• Monday 5^th May - Bank Holiday

• Tuesday 20^th May - PTFA Disco

• Thursday 22^nd May - PTFA Disco

• Monday 9^th June  - Mindful Hama Beads only

General Information About the Administration of Clubs

• We run our after school clubs in blocks of two terms and they are run by internal and external providers. 
• Letters will be handed to the children and emailed to parents at the beginning of each block of clubs. Once places have been allocated you will be notified by email including payment details if applicable.
• In the event that a club is oversubscribed, names will be allocated randomly, with priority given to children who have not previously participated in a club. We aim that every child that applies for a club place across the school year will get allocated a space.
• A percentage of all clubs are prioritised for children in receipt of Pupil Premium.
• Clubs run from 3.15pm until 4.30pm.
• Please do not sign your child up for more than one club per day.
• No changes to clubs once your place has been allocated.
• If your child does not get a place in their chosen club they will automatically be added to the waiting list for that club.
