After School Club Update

RESCHEDULED CLUBS:

• Pom Pom Club - Rescheduled for Tuesday 9th December (Cancelled from Tuesday 11th November)
• Clay Club - Rescheduled for Wednesday 17th December (Cancelled from Wednesday 5th November)
• KS2 Cricket - Rescheduled for Wednesday 10th December (Cancelled from Wednesday 5th November)
• Boys' Football - Rescheduled for Thursday 11th and 18th December (Cancelled from Thursday 6th and 13th November)
• Experimental Photography - Rescheduled for Thursday 11th and 18th December (Cancelled from Thursday 6th and 13th November)
• Science - Rescheduled for Thursday 11th and 18th December (Cancelled from Thursday 6th and 13th November)

CANCELLATION - No KS1 Choir on Monday 20th October

All clubs will start week commencing Monday 15^th September and will run for 11 weeks from 3.15pm - 4.30pm until week commencing Monday 1^st December. Clubs will not run on the following dates:

• Tuesday 7^th October - Art club only will not run

• Tuesday 21^st October - PTFA Disco

• Tuesday 23^rd October - PTFA Disco

• Monday 3^rd November - Inset Day

• Tuesday 11^th November - Art club only will not run

• Wednesday 26^th November - Parents’ evening

• Thursday 27^th November - Parents’ evening

General Information About the Administration of Clubs

• We run our after school clubs in blocks of two terms and they are run by internal and external providers. 
• All of our After School Clubs are funded through our Pupil Premium Grant, so are free of charge to children who are eligible for the Pupil Premium.
• Letters will be handed to the children and emailed to parents at the beginning of each block of clubs. Once places have been allocated you will be notified by email including payment details if applicable.
• A percentage of all clubs are prioritised for children in receipt of Pupil Premium.
• In the event that a club is oversubscribed, names will be allocated randomly, with priority given to children who have not previously participated in a club. We aim that every child that applies for a club place across the school year will get allocated a space.
• Clubs run from 3.15pm until 4.30pm.
• Please do not sign your child up for more than one club per day.
• No changes to clubs once your place has been allocated.
• If your child does not get a place in their chosen club they will automatically be added to the waiting list for that club.
