Welcome to our school website - please come in and take a look around. Do you know our six school values? They are co-operation, respect, determination, gratitude, honesty and kindness.
Today in Literacy we are going to write a scene description, that will include our knowledge of fronted adverbials and adjectives.
Remember fronted adverbials needs to add more information to the verb about
HOW WHEN WHERE
is it being completed.
An adverbial is more than one word.
A fronted adverbial is at the start of a sentence.
It is separated from the main clause by a comma.
The document below will help to explain your task.
You can either write as if you are stood still in the scene or moving through it.
If you are stuck, there are some ideas and examples on the final page of the document to help you or use the images below.
